Facing south, the well enclosed, flowered and tree-lined garden invites you to rest with its living room and sunbathing. Children and animals can play there safely. The cost of water and electricity consumption is not included in the rental price. On the 1st floor, 2 bedrooms (12 m2) oak parquet, with 1 bed 160 x 200, bedside tables, large wardrobe and TV, shower room (5 m2) teak parquet, large walk-in shower (1.20 m x 1 m) with multifunction jets, sink and toilet. On the 2nd floor, 2 bedrooms (11 m2), oak parquet, one with 1 double bed 140 and 2 single beds 90, nightstands and wardrobe, the other with 1 bed 140 and 1 sofa bed 140, bathroom (5 m2) teak parquet, bathtub (1.70 m), sink and toilet. South-facing garden with 20 m2 wooden terrace covered with a pergola with folding curtains, garden furniture for 12 people, deckchairs, parasol, barbecue and ping pong table. After visiting our home and settling in, we offer a welcome drink with local specialties. The cost of your electricity and water consumption is not included in the rental price. We will read the 2 meters upon arrival and departure. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire ground floor, bedrooms, and bathrooms, depending on their number. The other bedrooms and bathrooms will be closed. Other things to note Rates: On the 1st floor: The first room for 1 or 2 people is rented for €60 per night. The second bedroom for 1 person is an additional €20, for 2 people it is an additional €20, so €40. Therefore, one night in the 2 complete bedrooms is €100. For the rooms on the 2nd floor, you always add €20 per person. If you are 4 people and you want 4 bedrooms, the price will be increased according to the length of your stay. Security deposit €500
