The appartment is a very cosy place where you can have an outstanding view of Paris from the 6th and last floor - no elevator in the building. It has not been rented since 2018 because it has been fully renovated (new windows, thermal insulation, bathroom, separation of the bedroom). Then, the appartment was not rented during the pandemic, but it is ready to welcome new visitors by now. The metro can lead you very easily to the Marais, Sacré-coeur, Montmartre, Chatelet les Halles. The space The space is composed of a living room with an open kitchen (around 20 m²), and a separated bedroom with a very comfortable bed. The appartment is immersed with light (exposed east/west), very quiet in spite of the vibrant neighborhood. The view is very nice and you will see the whole sky and the Paris building roofs. Nice sunsets are visible from the window at the end of the day. Guest access The whole appartment is at your disposal. Other things to note - 6th floor without elevator - Presence of some prostitutes, bums, or young thugs in the neighborhood, but the place is very safe, they do not talk to the people in the street, they stay together. - piano can be used only if you are a musician, otherwise thanks to not touch it Registration details 7511001270214
