Quiet room 5 min walk to train station

The apartment is located a few minutes walk from the train station. You will occupy the room alone. I don't speak English well and won't be able to welcome you if you're not French-speaking. Nice room, small condominium, set back. Probably quiet; 5' from the train station and GEM. The room is quite large (over 10 m2). Check-in is usually at 7 p.m., and check-out is before 9 a.m. The space Apartment renovated in 2021. Bathroom renovated in 2023. Bedroom refreshed in 2024 Guest access Bedroom, bathroom, kitchen. During your stay Check-in is not autonomous and I would be very grateful if you could respect the check-in times Other things to note Meetings sometimes make it possible to "travel", without having to move, through exchanges of views and friendly moments. It is in this caring state of mind that I want to welcome people into my home. From 10:30pm, the sound level is reduced, so that relations with the neighborhood remain good, and that the calm continues.
