North Curl Curl Sandstone Studio

A quiet garden studio located in the backyard of our house although not attached, mostly suited to a couple or single person. We are powered 100% by renewable energy with solar panels and a Tesla PowerWall. The pool on the property is available for use. Both the pool & studio have private access along a pathway to the side of our house. It is situated within walking distance to shops, cafes, restaurants and Dee why or North Curl Curl beach. The space The studio is in a nice & quiet location with a short walk to the beach. The studio has a double bed, nice cosy leather lounge to relax on and facilities include TV, fridge, microwave, toaster & kettle. Guest access Access to the studio is through a gate to the right of the front door of our house. To access the swimming pool walk back outside the gate, past the garage door and through the glass pool gate. Other things to note We have a cute Cavoodle named Max. He is gentle & friendly and loves a pat. Please ensure you close the side gate at all times so Max doesn’t escape. Registration Details PID-STRA-1249
