The apartment is on the third floor, which you can reach either via stairs or a newly installed elevator. The interior is influenced by the turn of the century with a ceiling height of 3.15 meters, providing a sense of space and airiness. A custom ventilation system ensures fresh and comfortable air in the apartment. **Bedroom 1 (Master Bedroom):** It has a double bed (160 cm x 200 cm) and direct access to the balcony furnished with furniture, plants, and a parasol. A wonderful place to have breakfast, lunch, and dinner if the weather allows. From June to early August, the sun shines from morning to evening. There is a workspace with chairs for two people, a comfortable reading chair with a footstool, and a clothes rack with hangers. **Bedroom 2:** It has a 120 cm wide bed, suitable for one adult or two children/teenagers (Note: not a double bed). There is a small desk or vanity table, a TV with Chromecast, and clothes storage. **Bedroom 3:** It also has a 120 cm wide bed, suitable for one adult or two children/teenagers (Note: not a double bed). There is a desk with a computer monitor, a TV with Samsung apps, and clothes storage. This room is closest to the WC and shower. All three bedrooms face a protected backyard. The combined kitchen/living room faces the front of the street. There is a 55-inch Samsung The Frame TV with most channels and apps such as HBO, Netflix, Disney+, Cmore, and the usual TV channels. A sofa group, a coffee table, and a dining area for six people (high bar stools) are provided. The kitchen counters and dining table are made of Italian marble. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need: a wine cooler for 120 bottles, a dishwasher, a convection oven, a microwave, a coffee maker, a Cappuccino machine (Gaggia Classic), a Nespresso machine, an induction stove, etc. Fully equipped! In the bathroom/WC, there is a shower, toilet, bathtub, and washing machine. There is a clothesline so you can dry the laundry indoors or on the balcony. Internet/wifi is available (100-200 Mbit/s). It is a very nice, quiet neighborhood with old-style apartments mixed with large, beautiful villas. There is plenty of nature and a lush environment in general. There is a small soccer field just 1 minute from the apartment and 2 lakes for walking/running around within 3 minutes—perfect for children and an active lifestyle. You can reach the Ursvik nature reserve in 5 minutes by car, 15 minutes by bike, or 30 minutes on foot. Our family consists of Christian Monteil, 52 years old, married to Karin, 51 years old. We have two children, Julian, 16 years old, and Line, 19 years old. Christian imports wine to Sweden that is sold to restaurants. Karin is a physiotherapist who treats bad backs at her privately owned clinic in the same area. We love to travel and want our children to see the world.
