Beautiful 3 bedroom farm house located just ouside of Lanivet, offering secluded accommodation but readily accessible. Occupying the geographical centre of Cornwall. You will have full access to the outside spaces that the property has to offer. The property is surrounded by approximately 50 acres of pasture land and woodland that you would be welcome to use and explore during your stay. The country code must be followed at all times. We welcome you to bring your dogs to enjoy the accommodation. The space Okewoon has been used as a holiday home since 1988, the property has been the base for many happy holidays by our friends and family every year since the property was purchased. We now feel it is a good time to place the property on a platform that will provide more people with the opportunity to enjoy what Okewoon and Cornwall has to offer. As you entre the property through a porch into a large utility room with an adjacent toilet/shower room and storage. The utility room houses the boiler (fully central heating) and the washing machine. This leads on to the kitchen/diner where you can enjoy cooking and dining with a full range of kitchen units, cooker, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and fridge. The kitchen is fully equipped with cutlery, pots and pans, etc. Dining room table seating 6 guests for gatherings and mealtimes. Small inglenook fire place located in the dining room. Lounge with deep inglenook wood burning stove and electric log/coal affect fire. Feel free to cosy up in front of the log burner on a cold evening. Large conservatory east facing and west facing conservatory. First floor landing with 3 traditional double bedrooms. (King size bed, 1 double bed and 2 single beds) Full size bathroom No wifi at the property however full phone signal has always been reached on a range of networks. *Due to Covid 19 you will be required to supply your own top pillow* Please bring your own sheets, pillowcases, towels and tea towels. The beds will not be made for your arrival, this will be your responsibility to supply and make the beds for your stay. Please take your rubbish away with you (there is a tip not far from the property)
