Idyllic and spacious villa in exclusive Hellerup

Enjoy your stay in Copenhagen by staying in our spacious, newly renovated 1938 villa, just 20 minutes north of downtown and located in a quiet and charming neighborhood. You can relax after a day of sightseeing on the large wooden terrace overlooking the large garden and the rose bed - and then the trampoline is great for burning off the last energy for both children and adults. Inside, you'll find bright rooms, modern facilities, and a cozy, homey atmosphere—perfect for families or groups. The space The house has sleeping accommodation for 7-10 people. The master bedroom has a comfortable king-size double bed, and one of the rooms on the first floor has a queen size bed that fits two people that don't mind sleeping close to each other. The remaining two rooms on the first floor has single beds, and the accessible room in the basement has a sofa bed easily fitting two people. In addition, there is the option of using our inflatable mattress also fitting two people. The kitchen has everything you need, including a microwave and a dishwasher, and the large dinning table has room for everybody. For your morning routine, we have both pour-over coffee pots and Nespresso machines with complementary capsules. A large refrigerator is ready for you to store your food, and you can find a large freezer in the basement as well. Besides the sofa bed, the accessible room in the basement also works and the second TV-room. The basement bathroom has an additional shower and both a washing machine and a tumble dryer. Right outside ono the elevated wooden terrace there is large gas barbeque and an outside dinning area. In the summer time, you can relax and enjoy your dinner right next to roses in bloom, and if you are lucky you can watch the neighborhood squirrels playing in the garden. When you just need to relax or wind down for the night, the house has two TVs with full access to Netflix, HBO Max and Disney+, etc. And if you just need to take a break, you can relax with a cup of coffee in the armchair in the calm and bright loft overlooking the nearby area. The house is equipped with high-speed WIFI, and if you cannot escape work completely, or if you are travelling for work, there are two separate home offices, complete with two monitors each, HP docking stations (for both new and older laptops) and a printer. All in all, our house has everything you need for a relaxing and comfortable stay! Guest access You will have access to the entire house except one room in the basement. Other things to note The house is equipped with a burglar alam for when you leave the house and a fire alarm that is always active. You will receive the very simple guidelines on how to work the alarm prior to arrival.
