Accommodation located in front of the dune that borders the sandy beach of the peninsula, and close to shops. The passage allowing access to the "beluga beach" is 50 m away, just cross the street, a paved road also allows strollers or bicycles to quickly access the sea; the city center and the FAUTE SUR MER market is 200 m away, the small port 300 m away. Free parking nearby (50 m away), enjoy your vacation by bike or on foot, without a car. The space F2 type accommodation ideal for 1 couple + 1 child but can accommodate up to 4 people including: - A main room with an integrated fitted kitchen and a living-dining room area with TV with a 140 x 190 cm sofa bed that can also be used as a bed. - A re-developable bedroom with 1 large bed 140 X 200 cm, and 1 single bed 70 X 190 cm, a small baby bed is also available on site as an option. A large wardrobe and storage are available. - A bathroom with a sink, shower. - A separate toilet. - A small private garden/courtyard closed by a gate, a space to store your bicycles, a rainwater jet is available for you to wash. Amenities: Flat screen TV with remote control, Dishwasher, Microwave, Electric stove, Electric oven, Electric coffee maker and kettle, Toaster, Fridge with separate freezer compartment. An electric awning is at your disposal, (in order to avoid any damage, please remember to retract it in your absence, because it does not retract on its own in case of strong wind). Garden furniture, parasol, electric plancha barbecue for your grills. Provide linens. (sheets, pillowcases, tea towels, towels...) even if we can help you out on site. A deposit check of €300 will be requested on site as a guarantee for the furniture, the check will not be cashed and will be returned to you upon departure, after the inventory. Wi-Fi available as an option. No smoking allowed. No pets allowed. We wish you a pleasant stay on our beautiful sandy peninsula. Guest access You can park your car for free in the parking lot of the nearby Bélugas beach. The alleys are paved and allow you to roll your suitcases. The accommodation is ideally located close to the Belugas beach and the city center (see map in photo) Other things to note OPTIONAL SERVICES: these options are to be requested and paid for at the latest when you hand over the keys. WIFI AVAILABLE ON REQUEST, A CONTRIBUTION OF €5 WILL BE REQUESTED PER WEEK. SERVICE READY AT €5 FOR YOUR STAY SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY: FAN, HAIR DRYER. SERVICE AT €10 requiring an arrangement: BABY BED with 1 SEAT BOOSTER. (provide the appropriate linens) HOUSE LINEN SERVICE AT €20 (NOTIFY US before YOUR ARRIVAL): We provide you with tea towels, towels and gloves, sheets, pillowcases, bolster cover... and above all your beds will be prepared! CLEANING SERVICE (routine maintenance): €40 PER INTERVENTION, very useful if you do not have time to clean before your departure. WASHING MACHINE SERVICE: for €5 a 6 kg machine can be done to help you out.
