The bus serves Rennes and Saint-Jacques Airport in 20 min. The train station is a 15 min walk away and serves Rennes in 7 min. Nearby park and towpath ( connects Rennes - Redon/Nantes - St Malo ) The space Completely refurbished 36 m2 studio. The bathroom and toilet are separate. Equipped kitchen (fridge, microwave, 4 ceramic hobs, dishes). Cabinets + wardrobe. Double bed + sofa bed for 1 or 2 people.
