The space This 65 square meters elegant apartment is at the third French floor via stairs. It consist of two bedroom, two bathrooms, a living room with an American kitchen. It is suitable for 4 people. It has been completely renovated a couple of years ago and furnished by elegant antique Italian furnishing. There are two bedrooms : the master bedroom with a queen size bed, and the second bedroom with two single beds; 2 bathroom : one with tub, wash basin, WC and bidet, and the second one with shower cabin, wash basin, WC and bidet. The living room is furnished by sofas and armchairs, a dining table and minor furniture. However we can accommodate up to 6 people for short rental, because of a comfortable sofa convertible located in the living room. Guest access microwave, fridge, sink, dishwasher. The apartment provides also wifi Internet access and cable TV, free telephone limited to fixes phones for the European Union, USA and Canada. Other things to note A) WE DO ONLY MID and LONG TERM RENTAL (Bail de Mobilité - Minimum 1 month) B) Arrivals, Departure, Assistance & any other Charges 1) The keys of the Property will be delivered to the Client by a PROFESSIONAL SERVICE appointed by the host, in the apartment at a time previously agreed. Check in will be carried out from Monday to Saturday, between 9 30 a.m. and 7 p.m. local time, free of Charge. • Any arrival from Monday to Saturday beyond the mentioned time above (9.00 am to 7.00 pm) shall be subject to an extra cost. This extra cost is : - 25 euros for the check-in between 7 pm and midnight - 40 euros from midnight to 3 am. • Any arrival on Sunday and public holidays decreed in France, shall be subject to an extra cost. This extra cost is; - 25 € for arrival in between 10 am and 7 pm. - 50 € for arrival in between 7 pm and midnight - 70 € for arrival from Midnight to 3 am. This fee shall be claimed by the host through AIRBNB after the client has settle in. A memorandum shall be send via Internet from the host representative before the beginning of the rental period. 2) The guest is given an assistance during his stay so far it is possible. However, If the host needs to attend the guest emergency needs, a fee of 50 € shall be charged to the guest by the host if ever the guest is solely responsible for the host intervention. (Ex. Loss of keys or guest being locked out ..etc ) 3) The electricity/gaz fee is NOT INCLUDED and will be calculated on a meter reading and the host will request this charge to the guest through AIRBNB.
