Cosy apartment in rural setting and close to town

The apartment is situated in the country side and ideal for 2 adults or for a small family with up to 2 small children. The pretty, old town of Alcudia, with plenty of bars, cafes and restaurants may be reached by foot in about 5 min. The next beach can be reached in 15 - 20 min by foot. During the winter months you can heat our cosy apartment with the cast iron oven. All the fire wood needed we provide free of charge. The space The apartment is adjacent to the main house, where we, a family of four and 2 dogs (border collies) live. The apartment has a separate entrance and a small separate terrace, offering plenty of privacy to our guests. The views of the rural surroundings and the nearby mountains are very pretty. The property offers the best of both: you are in the country side, and at the same time at the outskirts of the picturesque town of Alcudia. Shops and grocery stores are within walking distance at only 500m. A rental car is not essential for your stay, since public transportation is available at ca. 900m. For lovers of walking and hiking, nice walks and easy hiking trails are not far away from the apartment. Guest access The apartment is a non-smoking space, but smoking outside on the private guest terrace is permitted. The garden is of communal use and there are sun chairs available. Other things to note Since July 2016 we are obliged to charge a mandatory stay tax. The tax is charged apart and required of all guests 16 years or older. The Spanish government also requires that we receive the following documents and data: a rental contract, a copy of the identity documents of all guests and a data protection form. The formalities will be completed at the time of check-in. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment.
