Cozy country cottage with swimming pool

Our beautiful country house is amazingly situated in the south of Tuscany, not far from Siena, Montalcino, Pienza, in a very peaceful setting, surrounded by a wide park with wonderful views. A large swimming pool is available for a fantastic holiday. The space The house recall the atmosphere of an old farmhouse. The park and the view are superb while the swimming-pool will assure you an unforgettable holiday. Guest access The guests will be allowed to access all the park, 10000 mq wide, delimited by a stream on one side and by a wood of chestnut trees on the other. The swimming-pool is opened between June, the 1st, and September, the 20th. Other things to note Household linen (towels and sheets) will be provided only upon request at the additional price of €12/person per stay, to be paid on site. IN THE MONTHS OF APRIL, MAY AND OCTOBER, ANY COSTS FOR HEATING (Typically NOT NECESSARY) WILL BE CALCULATED SEPARATELY AND PAID ON SITE BASED ON CONSUMPTION. We preferred to keep the costs of the stay low and make guests responsible for the correct and responsible use of heating (diesel). THE POOL IS AVAILABLE FROM JUNE 1ST TO SEPTEMBER 20TH. The TOURIST TAX required in our Municipality (1 € per night per person up to a maximum of 10 nights, excluding children under 14 years of age) must be paid on site at the beginning of the stay.
