In the parlor, a wooden ladder can be folded down... The space Brief notes on recurring questions: There are "quasi" three bedrooms: an independent bedroom, separated in the living room. One is the crawl space upstairs in the living room – not separated and one is a separate room in the basement. There is a bathroom and the hot tub outside. There is no television/TV - streaming is possible via the laptop you bring or YOUR mobile phone, if you bring it. There is a washing machine and a dryer or tumble dryer. The hot tub is available 99% of the time. The last 300 meters from the parking lot to the chalet you have to walk to the house. The parking is approx. 300 meters from the chalet. The chalet is ONLY for your use – no sharing with third parties. These four to five beds are thus in the general room for everyone - NOT separated! … and also not lockable. There is only one toilet / with a shower! In total, four people "could" sleep in the back room, five people in the crawl space and in the bed of the room and three people in the room in the basement = eleven people and one child. So a maximum of 12 people. But then it will be ABSOLUTELY too little for one bathroom! So there is a bed for seven adults and one child and a mattress in wood for four people = almost a bed. AIRBNB does not offer an option to describe this better. There is a Swisscom "Internet Booster" – a kind of router – so the Internet is ensured – there is NO TV on site. On the single bed you can make yourself very comfortable – with pillows and blankets – in front of the glowing fireplace … The sauna can be used all year round and the hot tub also has a base temperature of 39 degrees Celsius 365 days a year. Here the cover must always be opened, then the bathing and relaxation part can begin. The house is NOT accessible by car. The last 300 meters at the parking lot below the Metsch / Höchst inn can then be covered on foot. A sled for transporting luggage and food is available. The nearest shop or supermarket is the bakery Adelboden (Michel) - Adelboden@... (Tel.: 0041 33...) about 10.5 km away. They are always happy to take an order the night before until 5:30 pm. If it is very cold when you are on site and everyone is skiing, it has proven itself if you fire the stove once at noon... In total, it takes approx. 60 minutes to heat up for the first time ... and in the morning then always about 20 minutes to heat up ... until it gets cozy and warm.
