The bandita, located in one of the most beautiful areas of Cortona, was born in the Renaissance period, the first traces of the building can be found in the old granducali catastrophe of 1560, with the name "new molin". The initial structure, expanded during the 1700s, today looks like a typical Tuscan farmhouse in which the old watermill has been incorporated. Recently renovated, it can comfortably accommodate 4/5 people, ideal for families or small groups. The space The building, divided over two floors, offers on the first level a large living room with dining area and kitchen, hallway space with half bathroom; on the second floor there is the double bedroom with an antechamber and private bathroom, all in perfect Tuscan style with terracotta floors and exposed wooden beams. The house is characterized by large windows that flood the house with natural light throughout the day. Portion of the house is rented. Outside we have large spaces with swimming pool, orchard and vineyard surrounded by a forest owned by us. Located in a privileged area from a naturalistic point of view a few minutes from Cortona, 30 minutes from Montepulciano, 45 minutes from Siena, Perugia and Pienza, 1h and 15 from Florence and Montalcino and Assisi, less than 2 hours from the nearest beach area (Maremma).
