5* Stylish, spacious room. (Zone 3 West Norwood)

Our tastefully decorated and furnished home is located on a hill in a quiet residential area. We have been hosting airbnb guests for nearly ten years we have an idea what works best for us and our guests. Double bed, good storage. We work from home for part of the week. Our home may not suit if you are planning to spend most of the stay in the house. The room is located at the rear of the house it has a king size bed, wardrobe and drawers for storage. A small desk and chair ( we can remove this from the room if required).There is a hairdryer. Bathroom is shared. It has a walk-in shower, WC , washbasin and heated mirror. You are welcome to use the microwave, toaster & kettle in the kitchen, cooking using the hob & oven is not permitted. We will provide some space in the fridge. Please note we do not include the washer / dryer as an amenity for use by guests. The rear garden is ideal for relaxing over a coffee or taking breakfast. Tea, herbal teas & coffee available all the time. During cold weather we heat the house to 21 Celsius between 0700 - 1030 and 1630 to 2230. Guest access We show check in /check out times here on airbnb - let us know what time you are arriving in London and we may be able to offer some flexibility around this. We will provide house keys on arrival. Our study, living room and other bedrooms are private. There are two launderettes 10 minutes walk away. We will change and launder bed linen and towels weekly. Free on street parking is available near the house. During your stay We live in the house and welcome our guests. We are happy to advise the best way of getting around the city and where to go / what to see. Our home is not child friendly we therefore do not take bookings for those travelling with children or infants. We work from home much of the time and find airbnb works best for us and our guests when guests are out and about during the day sightseeing or working. Our home may not suit if you are planning to be in the house most of the time. Other things to note We do not accept third party bookings. In accordance with Airbnb policy that protects Hosts and Guests the person booking must be the person staying in our home.
