The Annexe at Loch View Farm

The Annexe at Loch View Farm is a two bedroom, unique self catering cottage. The Annexe overlooks the privately owned Cowden Loch and has front row seat views of the mountains surrounding the tranquil village of Comrie in Perthshire. Comrie is 2 miles away, with the picturesque town of Crieff 5 miles away, with Glasgow and Edinburgh around 60 minutes away. The Annexe is ideal for a couples getaway or family holiday, which has a hot tub and could include a range of activities. The space It is a unique building and is attached to the main farm house, however you can only entrance the annexe through one outside door. It is fully shut off and private for guests. Guest access The whole of the annexe is for the guest. No one else will be near there. There is a tarmac tennis court available for use and we can supply rackets and tennis balls. Please note that use of the tennis court is at your own risk and we do not accept any liability if an injury occurs. There is fishing in Cowden Loch. It is at an additional cost. It is fly fishing only and is strictly catch and release. Please get in touch for more information. There is a hot tub (6 seats to enjoy) Other things to note There is a large beam upstairs in the lounge area. It is a unique feature, however it does make the ceiling lower so just a note of caution.
