Farmhouse near Florence - Torretta

Our farmhouse, called Podere Vignola, is an original Tuscan farmhouse. It is surrounded by Chianti vineyards and it a very quiet and relaxing place but yet very close to Florence and a ideal place for those willing to explore the beauty of Tuscany. The space Apartment Torretta is one of the 6 apartments of Podere Vignola, a recently restored farmhouse located in the middle of the Chianti region and just 10km far from Florence. Podere Vignola is sorrounded by its private park of circa 43 hectars of which 17 of Chianti vineyards. Apartment Torretta is a 90 sqm apartment on two floors suitable to accommodate up to 7 people. At the ground floor there is a large living room with kitchen, fireplace and double sofa bed. At the first floor there are two bedrooms, one with double bed and one with three singler beds, and two bathrooms with shower. Apartment Torretta has a very nice private area outside furnished with table, chairs and sofas overlooking the Chianti vineyards. Podere Vignola has a private swimming pool of 13x7 metres. It is very easy to reach Florence by car (in around 20 minutes) and by train (17 minutes to reach Santa Maria Novella, the main train station of Florence located in the historic center). Podere Vignola is the ideal location to visit Florence and all other major sites of the Tuscan region such as Siena, San Gimignano, Pisa and the Chianti area. Guest access Our guests have access to all the garden and surrounding of our farmhouse (43 hectars). All our apartments have also access to the swimming pool and have a private outdoor area. Apartment Torretta has a private outdoor area with table, chairs and outdoor sofas. It also has access to a big barbeque. Other things to note CAR A car is strongly suggested. OUR RESTAURANT / WINE BAR -Should you wish to go at our restaurant BaccoMatto Enobistrot (historical center of Florence) please let us know and we will be happy to make a reservation for you. We are wine lovers and at Bacco Matto we also do Wine Tastings. CHECK IN It is important to let us know your approximate time of arrival at least the day before. Please use the following address: Piazza Aldo Moro, Sieci. Once you are 20 minutes away you can call us or send us a message and we will come there immediately to show you the road to arrive at the farmhouse. Please do not try to arrive using the GPS as most of the GPS indicate a wrong road which is not in good condition. Check-in after 2pm and before 8pm. Early check-in on request and depending on availability. Late check-in with extra fee of 30 euro. Check-out before 10am. Late check-out on request and depending on availability. A late check-out fee may apply. PETS Pets upon request and an extra charge may be applied if accepted.
