Please be considerate and leave the kitchen as you find it, putting away anything you use. Tesco is less than a 5-minute walk away for purchasing your own food, as food is not provided. Food and drink should be enjoyed in the kitchen or dining area, not in the bedroom. Use of the washing machine is available with prior permission and for an additional charge. Guests are also welcome to relax in the garden when the weather allows. During your stay Feel free to knock on my door, text or call. More than happy to have a chat especially when we are in the common spaces...kitchen, dining room etc but if you want time to yourself I know how "to read the room" you'll get your peace. Other things to note The double room is for one registered guest only; additional visitors are not permitted. Please remove shoes on entry and leave them on the mat or shoe rack provided. For safety, please ensure windows and doors are locked when leaving the property and note that candles are not permitted.
