The space Our house consists of a living room with a double sofa bed and a dining area, an equipped kitchenette, a large bathroom with a comfortable shower and toilet, and a bright living and TV area with full-height windows where the other two beds are located and from where you can enjoy a splendid view of the surrounding nature. The configuration and generous spaces, all fully air-conditioned and equipped with ceiling fans, allow you to accommodate up to 4 people, given the presence of a sliding door that, if desired, divides the rooms in which the sofa beds are located, respecting the privacy of all guests. Our apartment, also equipped with unlimited Wi-Fi Internet access in all its spaces, offers our guests the opportunity to stay connected during their stay, for work or leisure. The simple but functional furniture is in perfect marine style and has some characteristic details typical of beach houses. Guest access It enjoys an ideal location not only for its proximity (500 meters) to the marina of Marina di Portisco, but also for its proximity (100 meters) to the basketball court, area equipped for daily physical activity, children's playground and possible tennis court (for a fee). Other things to note For greater convenience, bed linen and towels can be rented at an additional cost of €25 per person per week to be paid directly on site, upon your request.
