Hi. I rent my house to families with children, otherwise I would refuse. Newly renovated family home. It has a garden of 450 m² not overlooked. The house is close to the highway, shops, medical center. The river is 20 minutes away and the sea is 40 minutes away. We are 30 minutes from Montpellier, Avignon, Uzès and 1 hour from Marseille.
