It has a large private terrace (more than 90 square meters!) on which to sunbathe, eat meals, relax or let the children play. The house overlooks a large garden with an organic vegetable garden from which you can get directly to the lake. If you like, we could go together to the mountains or on the lake by my boat. The gardens are accessed through a private underpass and from the lower garden you can reach the beach (20 meters).
