Riverside bungalow + wild swimming - winter let

Self-contained, two-bed, all-mod-cons bungalow in stunning Devon countryside, with off-road parking for 2 or 3 vehicles, plus wild swimming, paddle boarding and boating in the river Exe at the bottom of the 2.5 acre shared garden - plus playground, trampoline, epic rope swing, pizza oven, football pitch and woodland. The space The guest bungalow is next door to our family house and shares the 2.5 acre garden. There is parking for two cars next to the bungalow, with additional spaces available outside our house if necessary. We have an EV charger at our place which guests could share. Guest access There is one small lawn which we keep just for our family's use - everything else guests are welcome to share. You are welcome to charge your electric car, for the cost of the electricity.
