Superclean you will be our only guests! You have a choice of 2 lovely double rooms with water and mountain views. One with patio door . You are very welcome to use our entire home that also includes a Spa. Water Views from every room. Double bedrooms are located in the wing of our home, with your own bathroom. We provide a delicious breakfast in the mornings, fresh produce sourced from our farmers' market. Our kitchen and living areas are available for you to enjoy. The space Amazing Water Views from every room. We only ever have one booking at a time, but it will accommodate up to 4 guests. We have a choice of 2x double bedrooms, they are located in the wing of our home, with your own bathroom. Super comfy beds. Bed and Breakfast style, available in the mornings, fresh produce sourced from the local farmers market. Our kitchen and living areas are available for you to use. There is also an odd bike available to cycle into Lyttelton if you don't want to walk along the coastal track. Or a kayak to use too. Guest access You will be our only booking but we can accommodate up to 4 guest if you wish. Our guests are welcome to make use of the whole home, we have a large open plan lounge/kitchen with great sea views and a log burner for colder nights. Laundry areas include Washing Machine and tumble dryer. We have additional fridge and freezers. All the outdoor sitting areas are yours to enjoy too. There is a Hot Tub too. During your stay Just enough to make your stay a happy one, we love interacting with all our guest, but can be quiet too. Other things to note Our house is a large split level home, and our guest have a separate wing in with the use of your private rooms and bathroom. Please note we do live at the property too and want to make your stay an enjoyable and relaxing one. We only accept one booking at a time, so you have privacy.
