Other things to note ◆Important Notes◆ ・Smoking is prohibited inside and around the property. Guests who smoke are not allowed to stay. ・The property is located in a residential area. Please be mindful of noise, especially after 8:00 PM. ・If there is any damage to or loss of items inside the property, you may be charged for the cost of replacement. ・There is no parking or bicycle parking available at the property. Please use nearby coin-operated parking lots at your own expense. ・Please cooperate with garbage separation. Do not leave garbage outside; store it inside the property. If you need garbage to be collected, please let us know, and staff will assist. ・Changes to reservation dates can be accepted up to 14 days before the check-in date. Any date changes requiring a refund within 14 days of the check-in date will be treated as a cancellation, and no refunds will be issued in accordance with our cancellation policy. ・Check-out time is by 10:00 AM.
