Two blocks up from Hove seafront, 15 minute walk to Brighton train station, this double bedroom is available in 2-bed Victorian garden flat in central Hove. Bed is king size (sleeps 2). There is a large kitchen through lounge/ conservatory, shared bathroom and large garden. The space The double bedroom has window to garden, lovely and quiet, with king size bed, wardrobe, chest of draws and shelving unit. Wonderful neighbourhood: supermarkets, bars, cafes, yoga studios (if you fancy) and restaurants very nearby. All bed linen and towels available. STRICTLY no animals, no smoking and no loud gatherings/ parties. Guest access You can use kitchen and lounge, agreed in advance. Breakfast available at an extra charge. Parking permits are available at £8 a day. No shoes policy inside the flat, wooden floors. During your stay I (or a friend) would be available for meeting you and for help suggesting places to go in the area, or for any other information you may need, we are at your disposal! Other things to note Please ensure when you go out, that you securely lock the patio doors and conservatory windows. Most other windows should you require to leave open and ventilate have security locks in order to keep partly open.
