Mrugaya gives you an opportunity to stay in a homely environment. With three rooms, each with their individual sit-out, the home is a perfect family destination. The open patio is a delight for children. The rustic interiors give you a feel of a traditional family home while not compromising on the much needed modern luxuries. The rest rooms though western styled will remind you of the traditional bathroom. 24hr water-supply and an inverter ensure that you have a comfortable stay. The space “There is no AC, no TV, no phone or internet connection; nothing to distract you from enjoying nature to its fullest.” Mrugaya is about the hunt within….of finding inner peace. The umbilical relationship shared by man with nature is increasingly getting stretched and is on the verge of breaking. The modern man finds himself disconnected from his roots. To find peace people visit the hills and the forests to be one with nature. Unfortunately, such places too with increasing mass tourism do not provide the much needed solace. At Mrugaya we try and remove barriers between you and nature. We provide you a platform to not only enjoy your holiday but also it is our endeavour to rejuvenate and revitalized your spirits just by being at Mrugaya. Guest access Mrugaya has ample of open spaces around that one can explore. Take a ride around the countryside on the couple of cycles that we have at the property. The open dining area is a great place for a group to chat and catch up. The private patio is an excellent location to relax and unwind. The sit-out below the tree is the best place to spend the afternoon. On chilly winter nights the fire-place will keep you warm below the start lit sky. We also offer nature trails, birding trip and trekking experiences. Other things to note Hot water is made available on request in the morning and evening. We do not allow drinks and eatables into the room. The dining area is spacious enough for this purpose. Kindly switch of lights when not in use. Make friends with the animals and birds that you see around, you are practically living in a private sanctuary which has been zealously protected. We don't want you stepping on our animals, do carry a torch when you step out in the night. Your rooms are designed to keep creepy-crawlies out but do expect flying insects into your rooms in the night. The best option is to keep the doors and windows closed. We do not believe in selling water. Bottles water also creates waste. The water at Mrugaya is purified and comes from a well, possibly the cleanest source.
