33 m2 studio with outdoor space, located in Castelnau-le-Lez. The accommodation is in a property with independent access. Designed for 2 people, it can accommodate 4 people thanks to its sofa bed. The accommodation is fully equipped and recently renovated. It is spacious, quiet and charming. Access to the pool is not private, it is shared with the owners. All amenities are 5 minutes away, supermarkets, restaurants, shops… The space BETWEEN EACH STAY OUR ACCOMMODATION IS DISINFECTED. 33 m2 studio with outdoor space. This one is equipped with a table, 4 chairs, an umbrella and a gas grill. A little green area at the gates of the city. The listing is located in Castelnau-le-Lez, the owners live on site but the listing has independent access. Designed for 2 people, it can accommodate 4 people thanks to its sofa bed. The main bed (140*190 bed) is located on a mezzanine (low ceiling). The bathroom and toilet are in a separate room. The accommodation is fully equipped (microwave, top fridge, dishwasher, filter coffee maker and Tassimo, toaster and kettle). It is bright, calm and full of charm. Sheets, towels and dish towels are provided by me. I provide a fitted sheet, a duvet set or a sheet with bedspread depending on the season for 2 people, 1 hand towel and 1 dish towel, 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel and 1 bath mat per stay. Any additional linen will be charged €8 per additional bed set and €5 per sheet/bath towel duo. I also leave enough to start your stay without stress, coffee filters and some coffee, sugar, salt, pepper... and also sponges, dishwashing liquid, a few pods for the dishwasher and garbage bags. When the weather permits, access to the pool is shared with the owners after agreement on schedules. Towels are not allowed at the pool or beach. Guest access A private grassy terrace is furnished with an umbrella, table and four chairs. When the weather permits we can share the pool after agreement on schedules. A gas plancha is available outside.
