The house has 2 bedrooms , 2 bathrooms, entertainment room (including pool table ), large open plan gourmet kitchen , living and dining area all set amongst private and tranquil coastal landscaping where you can relax, switch off and spend quality time with family. The space The house is bathed in natural sunlight and has all the comforts you need for a beach getaway with air conditioning up stairs in lounge area , central heating throughout , large screen TV in lounge area, entertainment room and master bedroom with large screen tv , modern kitchen with double oven & dishwasher, spacious private outdoor deck with outdoor lounge, large table & BBQ leading onto a grass yard. There is also a hot water outdoor shower for when you get back from the beach. Located in a great location only a stones throw to Rye & Blairgowrie foreshore, Rye Ocean beaches , Peninsula Hot Springs and world class golf courses. Guest access Access available to whole house except lock up garage, butler pantry and linen cupboard. Other things to note *** PLEASE NOTE *** Maximum number of guests - 4 Group numbers and suitability is at the discretion of owners. For safety reasons children staying must be aged over 10 years old (backyard is not fully fenced in and has steep hilly areas that may be a fall hazard for younger children) . At Belle on Rye we want our guests to have fun times, enjoy the facilities and relax with family and friends, however it is NOT a party house - NO SCHOOLIES / EVENTS/ PARTIES ( the booking of this property is not available to anyone under 25 years old) - SMOKE FREE ENVIRONMENT INSIDE - NO PETS The property is intended for GUEST USE ONLY. As part of our conditions of being able to offer this house for rent, the Mornington Peninsula Shire requires us to provide our contact details to neighbours. Please ensure you read the shire's "Code of Conduct" to ensure you minimise the impact on neighbours, and they have no need to contact us. The following terms and conditions apply to all confirmed bookings: 1. This is NOT a "Party House " and as such parties and functions are absolutely not permitted, should any of our neighbours report any such activities during your stay or evidence of such be found, it will result in the immediate loss of the bond and/or additional costs and eviction from the property. 2. The person making the booking must provide correct details in relation to name, address, number of guests staying and the nature of the booking. Failure to do so can lead to immediate termination of booking. 3. The number of guests staying at the property must not exceed the number stated in the booking. If there are more guests staying than you advised, we have the right to terminate your booking with no refund. 4. Belle on Rye and its owners do not accept any responsibility for accidents or injuries which may occur to any guest while staying at the property and using the facilities. 5. Guests are required to report any damages, breakages or losses that occur during their stay at the property. These must be replaced or paid for to the satisfaction of the owner. Any damage to and or theft from the property that exceeds the $1000 bond are to be paid by the guest who made the booking. 6. The house inside is a Smoke Free Environment. 7. Please be respectful of neighbours and ensure a quiet period between 11 pm til 8 am. 8. Belle on Rye and its owners are not responsible for any damage or loss of personal property of the guests during their stay. Please ensure all doors are locked when leaving the property. 9. No pets inside or outside.
