Peaceful Lake Hamilton Retreat: *Hot Tub& Fire Pit

Welcome to our relaxing lakefront escape! This spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house sits right on Lake Hamilton in Hot Springs, Arkansas. It is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood and just a short drive from all Hot Springs has to offer. There is a private covered boat dock for you to use - you can rent a boat or bring your own! Enjoy the sunset and beautiful views while soaking in our hot tub on the outdoor deck. Come leave all of your worries and relax in our peaceful retreat any time of year! The space This house sleeps up to 9 people with one king bed, one queen bed, and 1 full-sized + 3 twin bunk beds. All beds have new mattresses. There is fast wifi and TVs in every room, a fully stocked kitchen, coffee bar, and mini-office space. Enjoy an outdoor dining area, gas grill, and covered hot tub with views of the lake. Relax by the fire pit in the winter and use the private covered boat dock in the Spring & Summer. There is plenty of private parking, including room for a boat trailer. Two kayaks + life jackets are also available for you to use. Great location on the lake. Other things to note ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: -Entergy draws Lake Hamilton down annually around 3 -5 feet beginning the first week of November with the refill beginning March 1st. Depending on the depth of the drawdown, boats are typically unable to be used during this time. When the drawdown happens, our view changes from a water view to possibly seeing the lake bottom.
