Cocaia is a cozy neighborhood in the middle of the Atlantic forest, perfect for those looking for a quiet and well-located place, close to markets, pharmacies, banks, restaurants and the Perequê waterfront. The house has 3 independent suites, one of them with a living room and an American kitchen equipped with a stove, sink and refrigerator. Outside with swimming pool, sun loungers and gourmet area with barbecue and refrigerator. Facing an APP with a beautiful landscape. No loudspeakers, enjoy a great family atmosphere The space Because it is in front of a permanent protection area, there are birds and a quiet climate, we ask that guests respect the law of silence from 9:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Parties and people who are not guests are NOT allowed. The use of speakers is NOT allowed. Respect the neighborhood and enjoy the sound of nature. If you are traveling with your pet, please let us know so we can check availability. Guest access There is a garage on the property for greater convenience, self check-in and check-out are possible. There are 3 independent suites that we open according to the number of guests: From 2 to 3 guests - suite 1 available 4 to 5 guests - suites 1 and 2 available More than 6 guests - all 3 suites are available. The house is private and access is for guests only, no guests allowed! Always let us know about bringing a pet so we can see if it's feasible to receive it :) Other things to note Parties are not allowed, nor are other guests (only guests should have access to the house). No speakers allowed! The law of silence must be respected (from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.). If you are traveling with your pet, please let us know so we can check availability to receive it. For commemorative dates such as New Year and Carnival, the minimum stay is 3 nights
