Maadi Veedu - A 100 yr old heritage house

This is a 100 year old ancestral house, with no cement or concrete used. The mixture used in the extremely strong walls is a local secret recipe of sorts. An a/c or a heater is not required in this house. An antique home with authentic burma teak used, and a lovely terrace all to yourself. It is in the heart of a village, with a walk or ride to the nearby farms to interact with the farmers. A hill close by, allows you to have the most refreshing sunrises and treks you could experience. The space Relatively warm most of the year! No warm clothes might be required, except a bit of chilly mornings around Dec-Jan.
