Two separate bathrooms with showers are located on the 1st and 3rd floor. On 1st and 2nd floor are expandable sofas while on 3rd floor : king size bed. Perfect for place for up to 6 people, ideal for business travelers, city explorers anyone who enjoys a sleek design. The house is fully furnished and very comfortable. The kitchen is stocked with some basic things you could need while staying in Riga: multiple coffee making gadgets including Illy coffee machine, stove, dishes, pans, pots, mugs and glassware. Washing machine is also available for your use. No microwave or oven. To make you feel like home, we have left multiple types of natural teas, which we have gathered by ourselves during the summer (traditional Latvian thing to do to prepare for cold winter nights). The home is professionally cleaned prior to every guest and stocked with plenty of linen and towels for your group. This is the best catch if you want to stay in the heart of the city, but have a peaceful and private place to stay. Please treat this apartment as you would your own home. We appreciate you maintaining a clean and peaceful atmosphere. All essential toiletries will be provided with no additional cost including fresh towel, hand towel, wash cloth, shampoo, shower gel, hand soap. No guests allowed. No pets allowed except service animals with proper documentation. NO EXCEPTIONS. Violators will forfeit their deposit. You will need to pay for any lost items or damage to the room. No smoking inside – only in the backyard. If no one is staying in our home the day you check in or check out, I`m happy to extend your length of stay by two hours for no additional cost.
