Privacy and Luxury. You have a spacious bedroom with your own private luxury bathroom. The bed is a double and room has a built in mirrored wardrobe and a desk. Sheets/towels are provided (towel change every 7 days). Located on the top floor of a luxury townhouse. Transport: 2 mn walk to Glenferrie Road tram. 7 mn walk to Kooyong train station. Facilities: Wifi. Location: Leafy quiet suburb. 8mn by tram to restaurants, cafes, shop, supermarket, Swinburne University, local library and parks. The space Things to note: - There are no cooking facilities but there are Tea/Coffee making facilities in the common kitchen. - Clothes washing and drying service can be provided at a cost of $8 per load. - The local laundrymat is a 7 min walk away. Guest access In addition to your bedroom and bathroom, you will have access to: - coffee/tea making facilities in the common kitchen. - fridge and microwave in the common kitchen - swimming pool for your own use only - no external guests please During your stay Interaction with guests: There are only 2 adults living in the townhouse and there are no children. I am an experienced Host. I respect the privacy of my guests and always endeavor to make their stay pleasant and comfortable. We have a pet, Coco, a 3 yo Cavalier King Charles.
