Two-room apartment of about 50 square meters, located on the first floor, consisting of an entrance hall, living room-kitchen in which there is a double sofa bed (sleeps 2), bedroom furnished with double bed, bathroom with mechanical ventilation equipped with sink, vase, bidet and comfortable shower (80x160 cm) and large balcony accessible from both the living room-kitchen and the bedroom. The space Our house has changed clothes, it has been transformed! Our family, strong in the enthusiasm and emotions experienced in these years, decided to invest by renovating the house in an eco-friendly key, preferring the use of natural materials, using renewable energy, cleaning the entire property by imposing any heat dispersal to be able to guarantee high living standards and at the same time reduce the impact on the environment and contain energy waste. Our house is located in the heart of the Gran Paradiso National Park as an ideal stop point for summer and winter stays full of sports and relaxation. In order to allow our guests to get to know and therefore to further appreciate the natural and cultural beauty of the Cogne Valley, officially recognized since 2010 as "Alpine Pearls", our house is also equipped with a charging station for electric cars and e-bikes. For the latter, we have made an arrangement with a rental in Cogne. The apartment is equipped with LCD TV with digital terrestrial decoder, free Wi-Fi, washing machine, dishwasher, vacuum cleaner, microwave, induction stove, kitchen equipment, dishes and cutlery, blankets and pillows. In the basement of our house there is a heated deposit with air circulation where our winter guests can put their own ski and mountaineering equipment to dry. In the garden there is a lockable deposit for our guests' bikes. Close to the building, there is a convenient private parking space. Other things to note Given the COVID19 health emergency, we have taken several prevention measures. All floors of the common stairwell are equipped with dispensers containing disinfectant gel, signs have always been displayed in common areas indicating the behavior to be kept in common areas such as proper respiratory hygiene, hand cleaning and social distancing measures, both for common areas and for individual apartments, there is a cleaning with disinfectant products, such as bleach in higher levels than normal conditions, alcohol at 70% concentration and water-suitable active chlorine.
