Comfortable and spacious condo (204) in Hua Hin

This very comfortable and fully utilized condo (45 m2) is only a 5 minute walk from the beach. On the very quiet condo grounds (guarded) 3 swimming pools are available for the guests. Within a circle of 50 meters from the condo multiple shops, restaurants a laundry service, massage parlours and public transport are available. The minimum stay is set to 30 days however shorter stays are possible (just send me a message) The space Lot's of space 45m2! Every weeks the condo will be cleaned en fresh towels will be put in the bathroom. Once every 2 weeks the bedding will be changed. Optionally we can arrange for a taxi that can take you from the airport to the condo. Costs are 2000 Baht (approx. 50 EUR) The next door condo is also available for rent (in case you are with 4). This condo is also advertised on AirBnB Guest access There are 3 swimming pools on the compound grounds. There is also a small fitness room available. The condo is one the first level and also accessible with an elevator. Other things to note There will be an additional charge for the electricity & water use. Depending on the use of the air conditioning this will be approx. 10 EUR per week (when the airco is used at night time only) The condo will be cleaned once a week. Also the towels will be changed once a week. The bedding will be changed once every 2 weeks
