This is a bright, spacious room in a homely Victorian house in Leytonstone. Quiet location, a few minutes' walk to local cafes, pubs, restaurants & shops. 8 mins to underground station & then 20-30 mins to Central London. The space Your room is the main bedroom in the house, so it is large, with wardrobe space for you to hang your clothes and a desk. There is a king-sized bed, bedside tables, reading lamps and a hairdryer. The room has bare floorboards. There is also a small folding bed, suitable for a young child. Please request this if you want me to make it up for you. Guest access You have use of all the facilities in the house, including kitchen, bathroom (please note there is only one shared bathroom) and garden. We also have a piano that you are more than welcome to use! During your stay We really like meeting new people from around the world and are happy to give advice on places to go and things to see in London should you need it. But we also respect people's space and privacy. Please make yourself at home! Other things to note It is a Victorian house, approximately 120 years old, and this shows in places. We like its character and hope you do too. We recycle glass, plastic, metal and paper. Please separate this from other rubbish and put in the Green bin in the front garden.
