Ashton Cottage is a former milking parlour set within four acres, nestled below the Mendip Hills and near the Somerset Levels, with views to the dramatic Cheddar Gorge. Our Cottages are a perfect base to explore Somerset and the surrounding area. We are situated one mile from the wonderful village of Wedmore and two miles from Cheddar Gorge and its famous caves. Both cottages are great for families, couples and friends. We have wifi, plenty of parking and a field for adults and children alike! The space The cottages have been renovated with new kitchens and bathrooms, they are cosy and welcoming and enjoy field views from both the living space and the bedrooms Guest access Guests have access to both their own private courtyard garden, equipped with table, chairs and parassol. They are also welcome to use our fields adjacent to the cottages which enjoys beautiful views of the mendips and benefits from a bench, a picnic table and a small playground for little ones to play
