Centrally located in the heart of Amity Point village, the property is just minutes' walk to the Amity Tavern, General Store, swimming enclosure, public jetty, boat ramp, and all other local amenities. The space This cute little cottage is going to be the perfect setting for families to make some unforgettable holiday memories. This modern, comfortable beach shack offers air conditioning in the living area and two bedrooms and is perfect for those looking to disconnect from the outside world in order to reconnect with family and/or friends. Atallawa does not offer Wi-Fi, so get the board games out and get ready for some old-fashioned fun! Central to all the living is the spacious new eat-in, fully equipped kitchen, with 8 seater dining setting, ALDI pod coffee machine and Ninja juicer. The separate lounge area with large smart TV and DVD player is a place where the whole family can chill and relax after a big day at the beach. Three bedrooms, the property sleeps a maximum 6 guests, offers the following options, main bedroom with queen bed, second bedroom has queen, with single and the third bedroom is single bunks, all beautifully presented with quality bedding. The bathroom with shower over small tub bath and separate toilet are located off the rear mud room, making coming home from the beach pleasurable and simple. Pets are welcome as there is a secure area at the rear of the property. There are two separate outside spaces one to the front of the house and one to the rear. Please feel free to move the outside furniture around to suit your entertaining needs. We do request you return the outside furniture to the lock up laundry area where it will be kept securely and ready for our next guest. The large laundry is located externally at the rear of the property and features a front loader washing machine and undercover pull out clothes line and a second external clothes line. The owners have provided a beach cricket set and toys which they would love to share with you once again it is requested this is respected and returned for all guests to enjoy. Beautiful Toompany Beach is only a short walk through the bush reserve opposite the property and approximately a 10 minute walk to the restaurant, shop and swimming enclosure. Fresh linen is supplied inclusive of Quilts, sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, hand towels and tea towels. The beds inside the property will be made for you on arrival, all you need to bring are the beach towels!
