A View to the 70s in Sunny Napier

A warm, sunny, family friendly 3 bedroom home styled to reflect a classic kiwi holiday house/bach in the 70s. This property has lovely views over Marewa and out to Cape Kidnappers. You have free Wi-Fi, plenty of off road parking, the kitchen is equipped to cook and eat family meals. Tea, coffee and sugar are provided. The bathroom is separate, with a shower room next to it and also a separate toilet. The section is fully fenced for children, with a flat area downstairs for kids and bikes. The space Take a trip back in time to the simple pleasures of holidaying in the 70's. Enjoy a quiet read in the sun porch while your children play outside. This is a comfortable family friendly property where you can relax and feel at home, a bit staying at grandma's house. Guest access The entire house is yours to enjoy. There are books and soft toys in the house for all ages, feel free to browse and have a read. There is a garage under the house down the drive, with a remote hanging in the kitchen. The laundry is next to it (key hanging in kitchen), and a carport is also down the drive. The other room under the house is a workshop which you will not have access to. The section is steep, but flat in the front yard and down by the garage. You may want to walk down first to see if you want to take the car down. Other things to note There are two fire extinguishers - one beside the back door and one in the laundry on the lower level. There are 2 camp stretchers in the laundry, with foam rubber toppers. The sleeping bags for these are in the top of the wardrobe in the master bedroom. There is also a fold out bed in the wardrobe in the master bedroom. These can be set up in the bedrooms or lounge which can be closed off from the rest of the house if you have extras you need to sleep over. We wouldn't recommend these for a long stay though (especially for adults) as they are only camp stretchers. Recycling bins outside the back porch for glass, plastics and cardboard. The recycling goes out on the footpath before 7am on a Thursday. If you are staying at that time we would love it if you could put the bins out Wed night perhaps? There is a rubbish bin out the back door beside the garden shed should you need to empty the small bin from inside. This goes out on the footpath before 7am Friday.
