Rental Term This listing is rented to you for a period defined at the time of booking, as determined in your rental agreement. Under no circumstances may a customer claim any right to remain at the premises outside this period. Check-in and Check-out Check-in times are between 3pm and 5pm. Departure times are scheduled in the morning before 10am or 11am. Cleaning time must take place on the check-out day, before the cut-off time. Supplied equipment This accommodation is rented with bedding (mattresses and mattresses), duvets and pillows. You must use mattress sheets, pillowcases and duvet covers. Bedding and other linen (bed linen, towels, tea towels, etc.) are provided. Starting October 1, 2019, they can be provided on request for a surcharge of 10 euros per person. Please provide garbage bags, sponges, toilet paper, towels, dishwasher shelves, coffee pods (NESPRESSO type), laundry ... Use of the premises All furniture is at your disposal. The dishwasher is used with tablets, liquid or gel dishwasher. You have the option of cleaning your laundry in the washing machine in moderate use. Laundry is not provided. The supply of water, electricity and heating is included in the rental price. However, in order to best respect the environment, please turn off the lights when you leave a room, do not let water flow unnecessarily, and do not leave doors and windows open for long if you use the heater. All amenities are at your disposal, subject to normal and reasonable use. In this regard, please do not throw anything in the toilet bowl except toilet paper. Cleaning products are also available. Each access door to the accommodation is equipped with a key lock. Make sure you close them thoroughly when you leave the premises. You are responsible for any theft or damage if you violate this clause. Safety and Wellness Instructions Please respect the tranquillity of the premises and make use of them in accordance with their destination. The sound volume, inside and out of the property, must be contained in order to respect the tranquility of the neighborhood. In the event of a conflict or complaint, we do have the right to exclude hosts who cause the trouble. To respect the neighborhood, it is strictly forbidden to make noise in the evening after 10 pm and before 8 am. It is strictly forbidden to smoke inside the accommodation. Parties are not allowed during the rental as mentioned in the contract. In case of emergency, please notify the emergency services (18 for firefighters, 15 for Samu, 17 for police), and the owner at the following number: Michel Huillet 06/42/04/13/12 Cleaning and cleaning package Every tenant must make the premises as clean as possible and in the condition in which they were in when you arrived (indoors and outdoors). In this case, the cleaning package of 60 euros includes cleaning of the rooms of the house but also its exteriors (terrace, barbecue). Please follow the sorting rules: yellow bags (provided) for cardboard, plastic and metal packaging; grey bin for household waste. When you check out, please leave nothing in the garbage cans and clean them (unless you have purchased the cleaning package). Pet Friendliness Pets aren't allowed in the home as specified in the terms of the contract. Visits Any visit or stay by outside persons will be subject to the appreciation of the owners, who may then require an additional financial contribution for an additional night. In case of problems In case of breakdown or malfunction, please contact us immediately. We will then do our best to remedy the situation. No refund for troubleshooting or repairs can be taken into account without our agreement. In case of breakage, loss or damage please report it during your trip, even if no damage seems apparent. In the event of loss or damage to elements of the dwelling, the amount of the deposit may be reduced by the cost of restoration or possible replacement. Deposit A deposit of €600 will be required by cheque in the name of the owner, it will not be cashed unless the hosts caused damage to the listing requiring repairs.
