Very quiet location. The villa comprises of an entrance hall with a live planter and a sofa that leads into an internal courtyard ideal for shaded relaxation. This further leads into the main living, dining and kitchen area, all combined in one huge open space. This area opens directly onto the very private swimming pool and deck area complete with a charcoal BBQ, 5 seater Jacuzzi hot tub, outdoor furniture under a newly built Gazebo and deckchairs. Unobstructed country views and the landmark shrine of Ta' Pinu makes the view from the back unique. The living area enjoys a log fireplace that makes this property also convenient for a cosy winter vacations. The kitchen is equipped with all you will require - fridge/freezer, gas stove cooker and oven, microwave oven, kettle, toaster and dishwasher. A spare toilet/shower and laundry room with automatic washing machine, iron board and iron, complete the ground floor. In the upper floor 4 bedrooms, all with an en-suite bathroom, gives this villa complete privacy. Recently renovated to high-end standards with new bathrooms, infinity edge swimming pool and deck/outdoor dining area. Now fully air-conditioned (or heated in the winter months) in all bedrooms and living areas with a pay-per-use system; otherwise standing fans are available free of charge.
