Golden Beach Holiday Home - a family delight

Enjoy a wonderful time away at beautiful Golden Beach. Our holiday home duplex is a few minutes stroll to the beach and offers all you need for an enjoyable, relaxing holiday. Golden Beach is a perfect location for families with calm water for safe swimming, lots of BBQ areas and parks overlooking the water and a Greg Norman golf course nearby. There are also many surf beaches a short drive away. You are spoiled for choice! This is a great location with shops, supermarkets and cafes nearby. The space This has been our family holiday home for many years and after a recent refurbishment we decided we should share its delights with you! You will be welcomed into a lovely fresh updated space inside with everything you need. We provide bed linen, towels including beach towels, hairdryer, glassware,our pantry is stocked with essentials (as it's our family holiday home we tend to leave cereals, tea, coffee and other necessities for your use), the kitchen and laundry are fully equipped and all you need to do is turn up and enjoy yourself! There is a huge wall mounted TV with Netflix and unlimited wifi, a variety of seating/dining options plus a day bed to lounge on and watch TV. Bedrooms have original built in wardrobes with plenty of hanging space. Please note top bunk is not made up with linen but all necessary linen is supplied in a cupboard should you decide to use it. A high chair, portacot (please bring your own linen for the little one), beach chairs, toys and games for a rainy day plus a beach umbrella available for your use. The house has air conditioners in both bedrooms plus the living area. The porch has a BBQ for your use plus a seating area to enjoy a glass of wine. The back garden is fully fenced and large so a great place to kick a ball around with the kids. Unfortunately we do not accept animals. If you are looking for hotel style luxury this is probably not the place for you but if you are looking for a welcoming home for all your needs this is it! There is a lock box with keys for entry and the code will be sent to you prior to your stay. The garage is locked and not accessible as we use it for storage but there is driveway parking and plenty of street parking too. This home is perfect for two couples or a family of up to 5 to enjoy. We hope you love it as much as we do. Guest access There is a great bus service but things are very accessible in walking distance. Plenty of street parking as this is a residential street. Other things to note Only registered guests permitted unless agreement made with owner. Please note there is an outdoor security camera facing the drive and porch for safety and security purposes. Christmas and New Year 2024/25- there is a minimum stay of 5 nights from 22nd December - 2nd January. All other times are a minimum 2 nights.
