Other things to note Electricity: The listed rate is all-inclusive, except for electricity, which will be billed separately based on actual consumption. The calculation is transparent, and you can verify it via the official Electricity Board website. Plant Care: We believe in bringing nature indoors to help maintain the calm lush and inviting atmosphere. Most indoor and balcony plants are in self-watering containers, so minimal care is needed. Although this is completely optional and If you’d like, we can arrange someone to look after them during your stay. Security & Guests: For everyone’s safety, please ensure that any visitors register with the building security.
