In the center of Livorno,my cozy and fashion flat is on the third floor of a typical local building in a quiet street but close to the lively area called "PORTA A MARE". I love my apt because it is bright and from the window you can see a small strip of sea...I love my apt because if you want to cook something special you can find everything you need for italian meal nearby...I love my apartment because it has the taste of summer...a few steps and you are at sea Chiara.It has a spaciuos and luminous living room wiyh a confortable sofa bed and modern armchair,a fully equipped kitchen,a large double bedroom with a plasma tv and a bright bathroom with a large shower.My flat is entirely reserved for the guests,and has it's own heating system for the winter and aircon for the summer,washing machine,iron and ironing board,traditional oven and microwave,toaster,2plasma tv,fan and hairdryer.Also available on request,a highchair and a travel cot for children.I will provide my guests with bed linens and all towels needed.In the kitchen,you will find everything you need to have a good caffee.Free tourist map. Other things to note Please, very important: my guests will have to pay a tourist tax of 2.00 euros per day per person. It is very important that guests pay the tourist tax of €2.00 per night per person for a maximum of 4 nights.
