It is in the building which was built 100 years ago at the first floor. I have another apartment - studio apartment Pile - in the same building but at the basement. Everything is one minutes away: the grocery, bus, taxi, beach, caffe, the Old Town. So as you can see its big advantage is superb location. On the other side it is very quiet there. Apartment has 37 m2 and consists of one sleeping room, kitchen/living room and bathroom. There is washing machine in the bathroom. With the usual kitchen supplies there are the fridge, the toster, the cooker, washer and the microwave oven. There are one wardrobe, air-conditioning and a SMART TV, SAT, wireless internet and the hair dryer. Sulich beach is 5 minutes far from the apartment, when you get out of the apartment on your right hand side, which is very convenient as well as one restaurant and 3 caffe bars by the sea.
