The Bay, spacious 100 Sqm 1 bed condo with seaview

This modern 1 bedroom at 100 Sqm is incredibly spacious and by far the largest in The Bay complex. It boasts a huge twin balcony with amazing views, King size bedroom, kitchen and lounge, with full size bath and separate shower room, all sea view facing. This is all within 5- 10 mins of the best beaches, bars and nightlife in Samui. The space The apartment has wonderful panoramic views of Koh Phangan, Koh Som, Big Buddha and the beautiful Wat Plai Laem temple, both mountain and seaview. Interior features include fully fitted kitchen, a King size+ bed in the master bedroom. A 46" flat screen TV with multiple PPV channels/Sports/Movies. Free wifi (1Gb/s) 1.5 bathrooms and wooden floored bedroom, Safe and CCTV in all common areas. A very generous mezzanine floor 3m elevated living space, with adjoined balconies offering stunning vistas of The Bay. As well as a separate BBQ and seated dining area near the pool. Guest access You will have access to free 1Gb hi speed Wifi, Coffee shop, licenced bar, (Happy hour Cocktails 1-4pm) The Bay's infinity pool, fully fitted Gym, 24 hr security, Airport. Ferry, pier transfers (Varied) are available on request and generally about half the cost of a local taxi. There is also an onsite laundry and personal management services to assist you with your stay at The Bay. Other things to note Please note* Currently there are some new Bay villas now built on the hill above and behind as well as below and in front, The Bay Samui and The Bay Vista. These form the entire Bay resort, however Pool and Gym access applies only to yourselves and other Condominium guests. Cleaning of the condo, linen and towel changes are made on a 6 nightly basis. *Please do not set the AC lower than 23c, this causes condensation and leakages. Please note** Owing to ever increasing electric utility costs, any bookings confirmed after 01st May 2023 will be sent a meter reading on check-in. And then upon check out, I kindly ask that you settle the amount owed as fair usage during your stay. Each unit, KwH is billed at 7 baht per 1 unit. If used correctly and the AC is not left on all night or when going out, then this charge will be far less. a 250 baht included allowance per week, per guest stay applies. Please be so kind to settle your outstanding bill on departure or via the Airbnb app. Please remember to switch off AC and lights when leaving the condo, thanks. There are also 2 electric fans for use in the condo. There is no charge for water or other amenities. Due to the location unless transportation is pre-arranged, it would not be practical for people with walking disabilities owing to the steep incline leading up to The Bay and the steps within the resort. The Bay itself sits on a steep hill, the road up to it being about 100 metres long. There are now some small power lines along the lefthand side of the hill owing to a recent resort development on the other side of the hill, these do not however "obscure" the view! Unfortunately a common by product of Thailand is overground electricity. Amenities are well within walking distance including some supermarkets, ATM's, bars and restaurants along the main road at the bottom of the hill leading to The Bay. The TV in the bedroom has been replaced with a good luck Buddha decorative feature. You are more than welcome to move the TV into the bedroom if you prefer. The TV, internet (full sports, movies and live TV package) private connection is now upgraded to 1Gbs and has free access to WiFi for laptops, tablets and mobiles too. Just login in to my private WiFi via your settings on arrival. The TV accepts HDMI connections and has Netflix, Prime and HBO available etc... I have to register all guests stay with immigration, so please provide these details within 24hrs, this is called a TM30 form. This data is deleted after your stay ends. Pool access is managed by the The Bay Condo association and may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance beyond our control. We will do our very best to give you as much notice as possible in this event. No content creation and or streaming of any type is allowed in or on the entire premises without prior permission from the host/owner. Occasional power cuts can happen and we ask for your patience in this matter as it is a circumstance beyond our control. How to arrive From Samui airport, proceed to the taxi kiosk at arrivals and ask for The Bay Condominium in Plai Laem, the fixed fare is 400 baht and a 10 minute ride. From other ports such as Nah Thon (700 Baht) and Lipa Noi (900 Baht) there is a charge but still considerably cheaper than taxis on the island and 95% of the time I will be on hand to welcome you and personally check you in
