Wonderful townhouse in modern scandinavian style with amazing views of the mountains. "La Roca" is situated on a rock in Torreblanca with lovely views of Fuengirola. There is a shared lovely area with an infinity pool where you can relax and enjoy your holiday and the house has a private garage. The apartment is perfect for families (there are also two car child seats and two strollers available). The space On the ground floor, where you access the house, there is a nice bright living room, with access to the terrace overlooking the mountains. There is a large well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and all the necessary utensils. Also a toilet on the ground floor. On the first floor is the master bedroom with a king size double bed, an en-suite bathroom and a nice balcony overlooking the mountains. There is another bedroom with 2 single beds and a bathroom. On the top floor there is a large bedroom with 2 single beds, a bathroom and access to a large terrace. In the basement there is a bedroom/game room, with a bunk bed and a sofa bed, an ideal room for children to stay and play! Guest access You will be able to find everything at hand: beach, restaurants, bars, grocery shops, train station... within walking distance so if you don't plan on doing any further excursions, a car it's not need it. There is also an elevator from the pool area which will take you down, and up, to the house. The accommodation price includes electricity, bed linen, 1 bath towel per person, 1 beach towel per person, 1 washcloth per person, Wi-Fi, and everything required by Spanish law for vacation accommodation. Gas and charcoal for the barbecue are not included.
