Charming cosy studio near Paris and Disneyland

Completely refurbished in may 2022, the studio is located opposite a green garden which offers calm and tranquility. The town center is an 8 minute walk away. The studio is served by the bus and by the stations of Bry sur Marne or Noisy le Grand. Paris is 20 minutes away by RER as is Disneyland Paris. It is perfect for single travellers, couples, families with a toddler. Near INA and SFP 10 minutes walk. Free street parking. NO SMOKING The space the accommodation is functional and cozy. I pay particular attention to comfort and cleanliness. Equipped with a 160 * 200 bed, bedside tables, storage cabinet, armchairs, side table and for dining. I provide a small welcome tray with tea, coffee, cappuccino and water. Bed and bathroom linen are provided. Guest access You will have access to all studio and little terrace in front with table and chairs to enjoy your meals, or spend your time outside when weather is good.
