Two permitted parking spaces will allow guests to park on the side of the home plus there is ample free public parking spaces all along the greenbelt right outside. The laundry room has a washer and dryer. The kitchen, equipped with all major appliances plus toaster oven and coffee maker, is stocked with cookware, bakeware, flatware, stemware, dishes, towels, most popular spices, toiletries and cleaning supplies. The home is sparkly clean and has comfortable, clean beds with fresh linens, soft towels and toiletries in the bathrooms, plus extras for your convenience. Guest access So many choices! Right across Pacific Coast Highway is Huntington Harbor with 8 islands and 8 miles of waterways, where you can rent Kayaks, Pedlo's, Paddle Boards, Duffy Boats (electric), and Bicycles. Other things to note The sand and surf of Sunset Beach is literally steps from your door where you can sun bathe, swim, stroll, surf, and kitesurf while gazing out to Catalina Island and the Long Beach Skyline. The south end of the mile-long greenbelt leads to a bike / walking path that spans Bolsa Chica and Huntington Beach.
