Central Bruxelles location, located about 2.5kms from Grand Place and Gare Central. Our apartment is self-contained, 2-bedroom, 1 bathroom, 1 separate toilet, 71m2, in the heart of Brussels’ European District. Our apartment is self-serviced equipped for self-catering. We provide toiletries, tea, coffee, sugar, dish washer tablets, kitchen roll & the all-essential Wi-fi. We do not offer or have a TV in our apartment. Do remember our apartment is not all inclusive. The space Situated 1st floor, with a lift taking you from ground to 1st floor. When you leave the lift, turn left and the apartment front is right beside the lift. **There is one low step up into the apartment (5cms) from the walkway. Please bear this in mind if you have a disability, reduced mobility, wheelchairs, prams, babies, young children are elderly or lots of luggage as walkway may not be suitable.** Our apartment has 2 standard size double beds in our 2 bedrooms, size, 160x200cms. We renovate our apartment every 3 years to repair ordinary wear and tear. Our apartment was renovated during January 2025. For your safety: • Smoke alarm, • Gas & electricity safety certificates, • Key Safe for apartment keys storage during stay, For that great night’s sleep, the apartment has: • Private bedrooms ready for your use, • 2 bedrooms, 2 double bed & wardrobe space, • Temperature controlled radiators in all rooms, For going out or relaxing the apartment has: • Clean, easy to use bathroom, separate toilet, • Bath with shower unit within bath for your convenience, • Fast & efficient central heating system, For your enjoyment you’ll find: • Tea, coffee, & sugar for hot drinks, • Salt and pepper, • Welcome pack & local guide to benefit your stay. For your convenience you’ll find: • Shower gel, hand wash, shampoo, washing up liquid, • Dishwasher (dish washer tablets), fridge with freezer & gas cooker, • Essential arrival supplies – toilet & kitchen towel papers. For your comfort & ease you’ll find: • Hairdryer, clothes hangers, iron & ironing broad, • Washing machine & drying machine (located basement), • Tea towels, bathmat & shower mat. Additional beds & linens: When reserving this apartment for four (4) people your booking fees includes 2 double beds in the bedrooms. If you require a third (3rd) separate bed for the 4 people staying in the apartment, it is possible for us to provide an additional bed (double sofa bed). There is an additional fee of €35.00 to pay. Please ask for details (fees & info) before booking. We’ll be delighted to clarify. Our Apartment: The apartment provides some essential items to ensure you have a hassle-free start to your stay. Do remember our apartment is not all inclusive. Some items may need replacing by you during your stay. Our apartment is very popular and used all the time. This results in ordinary wear and tear. Ordinary wear and tear is the natural and gradual deterioration of the apartment over time. This is usual for apartments and is found in most if not all of them. Hence we renovate every 3 years. For Your Stay: We provide tea, coffee, coffee machine filters, sugar, salt, pepper, washing up liquid, dish washer tablets, body wash, shampoo & hand wash, and most importantly great ‘free’ wifi for use throughout your stay. Essential Arrival Supplies: We also provide ‘Essential Arrival Supplies’ such as toilet, kitchen towel papers & bin bags. Do remember our apartment is not all inclusive. If these items require replenishment during your stay you will need to replace them. If they do not run out during your stay you do not need to replace them. We will replace the used ones after your stay. Housekeeping Cleaning Service: We are able to provide a housekeeping cleaning service during your stay. The services is generally done during the day between 10h00–16h00). If the charge for this service is 78€. If you require this do contact us for further details. Cleaning Equipment & Products: We provide a vacuum cleaner, mop, bucket, dust pan and brush. They are in the wardrobe by the apartment front door. We do not provide cleaning products. The apartment is not all inclusive. Washer & Dryer Machines: There are separate washing & drying machine for your use. These are situated in communal basement area. They are used by all apartments. There is no charge for using these. You will need to provide washing machine tablets or liquid. Our Apartment – General Info: The dimensions are, inside – 71m2 (730sq feet). The apartment is maintained by our Housekeeper & Co-ordinator extraordinaire, who prepares it immediately after the guests check out and it’s therefore available 24/7. We use a Digilock Street Door Entry system for entering the building. For entering your private apartment we have a Key Safe system for storing your apartment key. We provide a short video (link) after booking, which shows ‘How This Works’. This means you have no hassle access regardless of your time of arrival. The hassle free access is dependent on you reading and watching this information before you set off to our apartment. Don’t Prepare to Fail by Failing to Prepare! We are available 24/7 if you have any urgent needs, which you must address immediately. We provide full mobile, email and contact details once you’ve booked the apartment. Guest access The apartment situated in a residential area is located in Central Bruxelles minutes from the EU. It is on the 1st (first) floor. Access into our building complex is through a street front door. This front door has a digilock code system fitted for your security. When you pass through this door in to our hallway the Key Safe Area in directly on your right. You collect your apartment key from the key safe. The hallway leads you directly to the lift. We have lights in the hallways so for those arriving after dark access is very easy and safe. From here take the lift to floor 1. We send our ‘Check In Information’ to you a minimum of 3 days before you arrival. Do remember to check ‘Our Welcome Pack Message & ‘How to Enter the Building video’ before you set off. These have created to assist with your check in. Remember as Training Professionals say ‘those who fail to prepare, prepare to fail’. There is one step from street level through the lift entrance in our hallway. There is one step down from the lift to the floor when you leave the lift. So those arriving with prams, wheelchairs or heavy luggage please do bear this in mind as it may not suit. Once inside access to all rooms are on same level. It is very easy to move around when you are inside the apartment. Other things to note The apartment is available for short, medium or long-term letting and ideally suits business people, visitors, small groups or families with young babies or children on holiday. You can book for short, medium and long term rental periods. We really don’t mind. If this apartment is not available do ask for information as we do have other apartments, equally as good, which may be available. This apartment is not available for parties or gathering during your stay, please do not book it if this is your requirement. If you do have a requirement for a family gathering do please discuss.
